Now you have tapped on the news source you want, you will see something like this:

 Click the follow button (circled in red).

Now to get notifications click the bell that should pop up (also circled in red).

When you click the bell, you will see this:

Click account notification then all tweets and finally click the blue arrow in the top left corner of your screen.
